Acrylic Processing Aids are copolymers of methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate. They effectively optimize PVC processing performance by boosting melt strength, accelerating plasticization, and improving melt uniformity and surface finish. Acrylic impact modifiers feature high impact strength, premium gloss and outstanding weatherability, perfectly suited for outdoor rigid PVC products, and widely applied in PVC pipes, profiles, WPC, SPC, wall panels, sheets and foam boards.
MBS (MMA-Butadiene-Styrene) impact modifiers are dedicated to indoor rigid transparent and opaque PVC products. They deliver excellent impact resistance for non-weatherable scenarios, and are extensively used in PVC sheets, functional films for pharmaceutical and consumer packaging, as well as PVC pipe fittings and card materials.
